There aren't enough stars to rate the dedication, talent, and customer service [Janice, you rock!] at Ingram. I took my computer there, and they went above and beyond anything I'd have ever expected to try to retrieve all of my precious info that was on it! Not only is it obvious that they really know their stuff, but they also really care about their customers. I'd highly recommend them for any/all of your technological needs!
